Sam Youakim has been practicing law since 1993. His experience includes litigating commercial and other disputes, establishing businesses, handling business transactions and issues, and serving as general counsel for an international consulting company and various internet and tech-related companies. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state and federal courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court, and he is a certified circuit court mediator.
Sam grew up in Tampa and graduated from Jesuit High School. He earned a bachelors degree in Politics from Princeton University, and he received his JD from the University of Florida College of Law, where he served as Executive Articles Editor for the Florida Journal of International Law. He also earned an LLM in international law from Stetson University College of Law.
